Payment Policies
GMO accepts most insurances, however, we recommend that you verify coverage with your carrier.

Co-payments are due at time of service.  Please refer to the Financial Responsibility Agreement on the Patient Forms page of our website.

New Patients
We ask that all new patients come to the office at least 15 minutes prior to their appointment to complete paperwork and register. To reduce your waiting time, we suggest that you download the new patient information package from the Patient Forms section of our website. Please bring your insurance card and photo identification as well. We understand that your time is valuable and we make every effort to stay on schedule.

Appointment Cancellation
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we ask that you please contact our office to cancel within 24 hours prior so that other patients in need of medical care may be seen.
